Pribbs Steel & Mfg., Inc. was started in 1979 by brothers Ernest and Arnold Pribula. They started out designing and manufacturing specialized farm equipment that was not readily available at the time. By 1980 they were doing work in the construction industries as well and a new 12,000 sq. ft. facility was built to meet demand. In the mid 1980’s, Pribbs Steel bid on and received an award with the Department of Defense. With the rapid growth of the DOD business another expansion was required. A new 51,000 sq. ft. facility was built and the business was moved from East Grand Forks, MN to its current location west of Grand Forks, ND. This facility is located by the Airport for easy access.

Over the years, Pribbs Steel has received several DOD awards for Quality & Value Engineering and continues to supply the DOD as well as the commercial sector with many different product types.
